Manibus (Main Story & Prime War)

Manibus is the quest the whole scenario is named after, a direct continuation of From Chrysalis to Butterfly. It has two big beats: seeking help from Mayor Trent, and completing 1 Prime War.

Objectives

1. Seek help from Mayor Trent. Follow the story to Trent and progress the dialogue and tasks he points you to.
2. Complete a Prime War. This is the gate. You need to clear one Prime War to finish the quest.

What is a Prime War?

A Prime War is a public, co-op PvE event. Players defend the Staroid Resonator from waves of enemies while taking down a giant boss, alongside smaller adds. It’s designed for a group, so:

• Join a server-wide Prime War when one is active (watch the event timers/map markers).
• Bring your best calibrated weapon, healing, and ideally a combat Deviant.
• Focus the objective: keep the Resonator alive while the group burns the boss.

Tip

Don’t try to solo a Prime War for this step. Show up to a scheduled one with other players, contribute to the boss and adds, and the completion credit is yours. Gear at current tier with a few calibration steps makes a real difference to your damage.
